Sexercise For Women

Sexercise for women sounds almost naughty but it's not. Sexercise for women is focused on working out your hip or pelvic floor muscles, formally known as Kegel muscles. Did you even know you weren't exercising them?

Women who have been pregnant become familiar with sexercise for women. Women who go through pregnancy are encouraged to do Kegel exercises to improve the birthing process and tighten up loose Kegel muscles after giving birth. But why is everyone doing sexercise for women these days?

When your pelvic floor muscles are strong and toned, the quality of your intimate love love improves. Certainly sounds like inspiration to exercise...I mean sexercise...to me.

If you have given birth, those loosened Kegal muscles might minimize your enjoyment of intimate moments. Weight gain and aging also weaken the Kegel muscles. Sexercise for women tightens up those Kegal muscles for a healthy boost of self-esteem.

One of the most well-known sexercise for women techniques is the pelvic up-and-down. You lay down and bend your knees, slowly raising your buttocks while contracting them until your upper back and knees become a straight line. Hold the position for a few seconds, move down without touching the floor or mat, lock your stomach muscles and repeat.

There are several other sexercise for women moves at My Exercise For Women. I never imagined we had more muscles to work on...but at least these have sweet benefits.
