What Happens to Your Facebook Account When You Die?

After losing so many people in our family last year, it only seemed befitting to get this Bzz campaign for Otrib.com.  As a writer, social media is something we use frequently.  Now most everyday people use it, too.  What happens to your Facebook account when you die?  Here is some info from Bzz agent about how Otrib helps:

What are your Final Wishes?

Sure, it’s a morbid question, but it’s definitely one worth asking: what happens to your Facebook account after you die? Can people still post to your Wall? Do you continue to receive friend requests? Will you still get “poked”? With an estimated 5.7 million deceased Facebook users since 2003, it happens. That’s why Otrib.com created their free new Final Wishes Facebook application, so you can name an heir for your digital assets and confirm how your account should be managed upon your death and:
  • Add a Life Status Indicator to your Facebook profile
  • Send out a real-time death notification to all connections
  • Help your next of kin save time and money by automatically creating a tribute page or interactive online obituary and transferring administration of your Facebook account to your heir

Norah Jones "Featuring" Feels Good

I recently had the privilege of sampling Norah Jones new album "Featuring."  Thanks to One2One Network, Norah Jones and her famous crew, it was a feel-good musical experience.  Norah crooned with legends such as Dolly Parton and Willie Nelson along with an array of others including Ray Charles, Q-Tip and Sean Bones.

Years ago I fell in love with Norah Jones with "Come Away with Me."  I still cry when I hear "Don't Know Why" (honestly, what girl with Venusity doesn't).  Norah Jones has won nine Grammy Awards.  She was born in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn in 1979.

Norah sang at the church and considers herself spiritual.  According to Wikipedia, Norah Jones said Willie Nelson is her mentor.  On "Featuring", Norah Jones sang "Baby It's Cold Outside" with Willie Nelson.  This is already my favorite holiday song.

Other listening pleasures on Norah Jones "Featuring" include "Virginia Moon" with the Foo Fighters, "Here We Go Again" with Ray Charles, "Sleepin' In" with Dolly Parton and "Life is Better" with Q-Tip.  No matter what your music taste, you'll find it on Norah Jones "Featuring."

Check it out at Norah Jones and find out more about "Featuring."  The album is officially released today!

Goldstar Half Price Deals on Holiday Shows and Events

Goldstar: Check out this site I found called Goldstar. They have half-price tickets and member reviews of concerts, sports, theater and more. I'm already a member! https://www.goldstar.com/join?p=F361846RB

Amazing deals with the holidays ahead on shows and events in all the major cities and surrounding areas. The ticket savings are really impressive. It's the difference between sitting at home and going out (which obviously has more Venusity). Who says you can't be frugal and have fun, too? Check out Goldstar, the savings are sweet.

Get inspired after you see a professional show.  Put on a show with your friends, family or neighbors.  Consider drama, comedy, dance, song or magic as performance options.  Donate the proceeds to charity for the holidays.  What's better than starring in a show and helping others?  Even if you don't have money, you have time to donate to a worthy cause...that's Venusity.
